Access to The Cloud Management Portal, regardless of your monthly Azure spend, is provided at no additional charge to all customers who:

  • Have an active Managed Services Agreement with New Signature (Learn more)
  • Make New Signature your Digital Partner of Record (DPOR)
  • Purchase Azure directly from New Signature

Azure spend is more than $10k/month

1% of Monthly Azure Spend

Customers with a monthly Azure spend that exceeds $10k USD will be charged 1% of their total monthly expenditure to continue using the CMP beyond the 60-day trial.

Additional fees per region (VAT/HST) where applicable.

Customers may continue to use the CMP free of charge, beyond the 60-day trial, as long as their monthly Azure spend remains below $10k USD. Your Azure spend will be evaluated monthly.


Customers with Azure spend that is more than $10k/month

You will be invoiced monthly, in advance. Invoices are due upon receipt. The amount billed is calculated as 1% of your total Azure spend in the previous month + applicable taxes and fees depending on your region (VAT/HST).

We invoice in the currency of your subscription for Canada, US, and UK. For all other countries, we invoice in USD.

Invoices will be delivered via email to the email address provided on this form. All invoices will include a breakdown of total Azure spend as well as instructions for payment which may be made by check, money order, ACH transfer or credit card.


Customers with ANY monthly azure spend

Access to The Cloud Management Portal, regardless of your monthly Azure spend, is provided at no additional charge to all customers who:

  • Have an active Managed Services Agreement with New Signature
  • Make New Signature your Digital Partner of Record (DPOR)
  • Purchase Azure directly from New Signature
Attaching a Digital Partner of Record to your Azure subscriptions provides your partner with visibility into usage and consumption reporting, allowing you to be better served by your partner. The administrator or owner of your account is the only user who can assign the Digital Partner of Record. This is done through the Azure portal. Contact us if you need help getting this set up.
Yes. New Signature is proud to be a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider. Purchasing Azure directly from New Signature includes Azure subscription support as well as access to New Signature’s Cloud Management Portal. Contact us for more information about licensing Azure.
Consumers of any Signature Managed Service will receive access to the CMP as part of their agreement. The Cloud Management for Azure was specifically designed to ensure that your cloud investment will be optimized, managed and protected.

Yes, the billing email address can be different from your CMP login. For billing purposes, we require the email address of the person or department responsible for processing invoices (Finance, Accounts Payable, etc.).

Billing information can be changed by the company owner at any time on the CMP "Billing Information" settings screen.

No, the CMP only supports email invoicing at this time.
